Responsibilities are as follows:
- Typing in prescriptions and patients’ information into the system
- Strong data entry skills are required for this position
- Must be able to type a minimum of 75 scripts a day
- Must have been in a retail environment/mail order
Customer Service Pharmacy Technician Job Dallas, TX
Responsibilities are as follows:
- Answering telephones, responding to questions or requests
- Assisting customers by answering simple questions, locating items, or referring them to the pharmacist for medication information
- Calling into patients every day
- Understanding the challenges of specific disease states
- Help educate patients on their medication and their daily health plan
- Figure out solutions to problems
- Must have a good phone voice
- Report all adverse events related to drug therapy and pharmacy care
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Troubleshoot/resolve patient and payer issues
