Rx relief Receives Joint Commission Certification for Eighth Consecutive Year

September 1, 2016

Rx relief, a leading pharmacy recruiting and placement firm, has been awarded the Gold Seal of Approval® for health care staffing services certification from The Joint Commission. This is the eighth straight year Rx relief has achieved this distinction.

As part of the rigorous re-certification process, Rx relief underwent an on-site review of its compliance with national standards that assess staffing services’ leadership, human resources management, performance measurement and improvement, ability to meet patient care standards, age and disease related competencies, and information management. Maintaining certification assures health care organizations that Rx relief is committed to providing and continuously improving quality services.

“Receiving The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® eight years running proves that Rx relief is a leader in health care staffing quality,” says George Rogers, CEO of PrideStaff. “Maintaining certification assures clients that we’ve done the due diligence on every candidate we place.”

“Providing outstanding patient care and creating positive outcomes continues to be our number one priority,” says Carl Franklin, R. PH., Executive Vice President, Rx relief.  “Receiving The Joint Commission certification for an eighth straight year proves our dedication to delivering pharmacy professionals who offer safe, high-quality care to patients.”

The success of PrideStaff’s approach is evident. Earlier this year, they were named one of Inavero’s 2016 Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Diamond Award winners, after winning the Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards at least five years in a row for providing superior service to their clients and job seekers. Rx relief is the only staffing firm dedicated to pharmacy staffing in the U.S. and Canada to win these awards two years in a row.
